This is very easy to assemble and comes with plugs if you want to add rice or sand for extra weight. The padding makes it soft and the hula hoop feels very sturdy. After trying it, I realize I am out of hula hoop shape! That’s ok because it gives me new goals for being active.

I was so skeptical if I’m going to buy this. I’m glad I did. Tried it a few times and it’s really working on your tummy, which was why I wanted to get one is to work on my tummy. So far I like it. It is heavy but I’m getting the hang of it .

I love my new hoop. It is a good weight for me out of the box. It was surprisingly easy to assemble and I love that It can be taken apart for easy transport.
